Hebron

Hebron

Located just south of Torngat Mountains Base Camp, the community of Hebron was first settled by Moravian Missionaries, in 1830. Now a National Historic Site, this once-thriving and beloved Inuit settlement has a richly storied past of both triumph and tragedy, that will touch your heart.

Your guided tour to Hebron is an exciting full day adventure exploring the breathtaking surroundings and learning about the landscape and historical buildings. This excursion will be a combination of an inspiring three hour boat ride and a 15 minute helicopter ride. Your boat will take you along the rugged coastline of Labrador. Have your camera ready as you may see polar bears, whales, icebergs and more during this excursion.
